1. Continuously improving service quality
With the goal of increasing customer trust in the company’s brand, while improving the quality of products and services to bring different added values to customers, all officers and employees in the company are always determined to perform their jobs with all their heart, qualifications, experience, working with a sense of responsibility and high concentration.

2. Customer appreciation activities
THT Vietnam launches a series of attractive promotional programs to thank customers such as: Scratch to win prizes, give gifts, send product samples to customers to experience the product, …
In addition, the company always values and supports agents and distributors to promote sales as well as directly reach customers.
3. Organizing training courses to improve skills
With a human-centered strategy, all employees of the company must be dedicated, talented, and have professional qualifications, carefully selected and trained to meet each job requirement. Therefore, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company regularly organizes training courses to improve skills, expertise, and professionalism for employees in the company.
As part of the 2019 training program, THT Vietnam organized a training session on “Professional sales skills” on April 6 and 7, 2019 at Gamuda Urban Area – Phap Van – Yen So – Hoang Mai – Hanoi, directly trained and instructed by lecturer Do Xuan Tung, a sales training expert, director of Nhan Viet Management and Training Consulting Company.
4. Social activities
With the spirit of mutual love and support, “the rich help the poor”, social and charitable activities are always of interest to THT Vietnam, implemented through specific activities such as: giving gifts to children with cancer at Tan Trieu K Hospital on the occasion of June 1, visiting and encouraging people in difficult circumstances such as: Pham Van Sinh in Doan Vi 2 village, Thanh Hai commune, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam, Ms. Trang in Hoang Mai, Hanoi.
5. Internal activities
Not only the bustling commercial activities, THT also focuses on building solidarity and teamwork skills for all officers and employees of the company. Through the collective activity programs “Team Building” on July 21, 22, 2019 and the program “Party Day & Christmas 2019” on December 24, 2019, this is an opportunity for members to understand each other better, create more affection and connection between individuals and groups.
Along with that, the 5-day tour to Phoenix Ancient Town is a gift that THT Vietnam Company gives to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in work.

The year 2019 ends and 2020 opens a new horizon with many new opportunities and stronger changes. THT Vietnam will always unite, stick together, strive, and be creative every day to constantly innovate, creating many practical values for the community and society.
On January 24, 2015, at Gamuda Gardens, THT Vietnam Company held its 10th Anniversary Ceremony. The ceremony was attended by partners, distributors nationwide and all staff of the Company.
At the beginning of the Ceremony, on behalf of the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Le Phu Toan – General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors gave a general speech on the history of establishment and development of THT Vietnam Company and expressed sincere thanks to customers who have trusted and used THT Vietnam’s products, and thanked domestic and foreign partners who have effectively cooperated with the Company over the past 10 years.

In this meaningful ceremony, the memories and images of THT Vietnam during the 10-year journey of formation and development were recreated in each frame, each memory, each stream of memories filled the auditorium. After 10 years of overcoming many difficulties, THT Vietnam has gradually created trust and affirmed its brand.

To achieve today’s success, THT Vietnam always expresses gratitude to customers and partners who have trusted and supported THT Vietnam over the past 10 years. After 10 years of struggling with the fiercely competitive market economy, THT Vietnam has built and developed the company with all its efforts and with a team of young, dynamic and enthusiastic staff, the Company has achieved certain successes.
Honoring the staff who have worked for many years and made great contributions to the growth of THT Vietnam is an indispensable part of this 10th Anniversary Ceremony.

The 10th anniversary of the Company’s establishment ended with a dinner party with many lucky draw gifts for guests and gifts of gratitude to partners and friends who accompanied THT Vietnam in the event. The 10th anniversary of the Company’s establishment was truly a solemn and cozy festival, leaving many good impressions on the guests as well as the pride and happiness of the Board of Directors and employees of the Company.
The program ended with an exchange performance between staff and guests. In the recent past, a new outbreak of COVID-19 has occurred in Bac Giang and Ha Nam. To visit, encourage and support the frontline forces fighting the epidemic and people affected by the Covid 19 epidemic.
On May 26 and May 28, representatives of THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company came to encourage and give gifts in Ha Nam and Bac Giang provinces.
As the epidemic situation is becoming increasingly complicated, these gifts, in addition to their material value, also have great spiritual significance, which is the spirit of mutual love and support, and the willingness to join hands for the community of each person at THT Vietnam. On December 13, 2022, at the office of THT Vietnam Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, a ceremony was held to orient business strategy and hand over targets for 2023, with the participation of the Board of Directors and heads of business departments.

Continuing with the goal: “ACCELERATE & TAKE OFF”, THT Vietnam members are ready to enter 2023 with a ready, excited and committed mindset to completing assigned targets.
On the occasion of Christmas and New Year 2023, on the evening of December 22, THT Vietnam Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company organized the program: “Gala Dinner Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2023” at Him Lam Place Convention Center. With this extremely meaningful activity, the company’s Board of Directors hopes to create a connection between employees as well as the families of company members.

Tet is coming very soon, the bustling and joyful Tet atmosphere is permeating every corner of the country. As a Vietnamese, every Tet holiday, everyone wants to return home to reunite with their family and gather around the traditional Banh Chung pot. The green Banh Chung has been a traditional culinary symbol that has been a characteristic of the Lunar New Year of the Vietnamese people for many generations.
With the aim of creating a joyful and warm atmosphere as well as the desire to preserve and promote the custom of wrapping Banh Chung on Tet. On January 7, 2023, the trade union of THT Vietnam Company organized a Banh Chung wrapping ceremony at the company’s representative office in Hanoi.
