2021 passed with many difficulties and challenges, once again THT Vietnam continued to affirm itself as the leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of consumer goods in the Vietnamese market. With strong internal strength, THT Vietnam overcame the difficulties of the pandemic and achieved impressive growth figures in 2021.
On December 27-28, 2021, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 2021 year-end summary ceremony at FLC Thanh Hoa.
At the closing ceremonies, on behalf of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director Mr. Le Phu Toan summarized the achievements of the past year and made plans for the new year 2022 and vision to 2025.
Continuing with the goal: “ACCESS & TAKE OFF”, THT Vietnam will enter the new year with a ready and excited mindset, creating the premise for THT VIETNAM to explode even more in 2022.

The “new normal” is a requirement for socio-economic development and improving the adaptability of all areas of the country’s social life in the new context, especially the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To adapt to the new situation and with the motto “Achieving the dual goal of both maintaining business operations and effectively preventing the epidemic”, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company implements the policy of promoting business promotion solutions, being flexible to adapt to the actual situation and taking difficulties and challenges as motivation to strive, overcome to assert and grow.
1. Raise vigilance, do not be subjective with the epidemic.
Faced with the new situation, we must not be subjective or neglect epidemic prevention. THT Vietnam employees always follow the 5K message of the Ministry of Health while working: ” Mask – Disinfection – Distance – No gathering – Health declaration “
In addition, all employees and customers coming to work at the company office must scan the QR code for quarantine and manage people entering and leaving the unit.

2. Join hands with society to prevent epidemics
Responding to the Government’s call to support the COVID-19 Vaccine Fund and with responsibility for the community, THT Vietnam has many practical support activities such as: encouraging and giving gifts to some localities and frontline hospitals in disease prevention.

From now until the end of 2021, the Covid-19 epidemic situation is forecasted to continue to develop complicatedly, negatively affecting all social sectors. THT Vietnam will continue to implement the “dual goal” of both effectively preventing and fighting the epidemic and developing the socio-economy in the “new normal” state.
Responding to the Government’s call to support the COVID-19 Vaccine Fund and with responsibility for the community, after 2 months of implementing the special program “Together with THT Vietnam to contribute to the National Vaccine Fund to repel Covid-19”, the fund has collected 70,644,000 VND.
To contribute to the whole country to prevent and repel the epidemic as soon as possible and to motivate the white-shirt soldiers in the work of preventing and fighting the COVID-19 epidemic, recently, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company donated 100,000,000 VND to Ha Thanh General Hospital – one of the vaccination centers assigned by the Ministry of Health to safely deploy the COVID-19 vaccination.
In addition, with the motto “Achieving the dual goal of “maintaining business operations and effectively preventing the epidemic”, recently, THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company has actively supported funding for epidemic prevention work such as: visiting, donating materials and necessities to medical staff, frontline forces in epidemic prevention and control and people affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.
Through this support, THT Vietnam wants to continue to show its trust and commitment to accompany the government in the fight against the pandemic. We hope that our contributions will contribute to encouraging and motivating doctors and nurses to win this battle that is still full of hardships and challenges.

2020 has come to an end, THT Vietnam is preparing to welcome a new year, a new phase, a new strategy with a mindset of always being ready, determined and with a strong message from the Company’s Board of Directors in 2021:
ACCELERATION AND TAKE-OFF
To be in line with the new mission and new goals, the Company’s Board of Directors also launched a new 5-STARS strategy for the period 2020-2025, aiming at the core goals of 5 – 500 – 1000. Specifically, these are:

Leaders are those who know how to sacrifice and take the highest responsibility. Leaders must ensure the 3T standard of having a bright mind, vision and outstanding talent, trained and coached to become the core of the organization. Continue to build a unique corporate culture, have special policies to attract and retain talent, fair rights and responsibilities, and worthy rewards. Individuals with leadership and management qualities will be trained intensively to develop their potential.
4. DISCIPLINE: RULES
Build standard personnel evaluation processes to ensure the right person for the right job and right expertise to promote the capacity of each individual. Apply iron discipline to management and operations strictly, reward and punish clearly, fairly and appropriately.
5. INFORMATION: SHARE
Organizational members must regularly coordinate to share information about their issues with superiors and vice versa in an honest and timely manner with the aim of supporting each other both inside and outside of work.
All to achieve the goal: 5 – 500 – 1000: In the next 5 years, THT Vietnam will have at least 500 employees, achieve total revenue of 1000 billion VND, and enter the Top 1000 largest private enterprises in Vietnam with revenue of over 1000 billion VND.
To achieve that, in addition to a good strategy, solidarity and the whole-hearted efforts of the entire company, THT Vietnam also needs the trust and whole-hearted support from cooperating units and consumers across the country. We are committed to always aiming for common development, cooperation and development. For many years now, products originating from Thailand in general, especially consumer goods, have been increasingly favored by Vietnamese consumers because of their beautiful designs, diversity and good quality while having competitive prices and being safe for human health and the environment. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand, reporters of Vietnam Business Forum Magazine had an interview with Mr. Le Phu Toan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, one of the businessmen who has had many successes in cooperation and business with partners from Thailand for many years. Could you please share about the cooperation between THT Vietnam and Thai partners?
The business cooperation between THT Vietnam and Thai partners for many years now is based on a single core value, which is the spirit of Win-Win, based on each other’s strengths to coexist and develop and ensure long-term benefits. They have strengths in production, have modern technological lines to create good quality products, beautiful designs with competitive prices that attract consumers. They also have a strategy to expand business development to potential markets like Vietnam. To meet those requirements, THT Vietnam has distribution channels, understands consumer habits and culture as well as methods and strategies to effectively deploy and build a distribution network.
In our business cooperation strategy, we always put TRUST first. When trust is guaranteed, both sides will be ready to support each other to develop together, ensuring specialization in all stages to minimize costs from production to circulation and distribution of goods, increasing efficiency from production to business.
The cooperation process between THT Vietnam and Thai partners has also gone through many ups and downs as well as challenges, however with the right strategy and determination of both sides, we have had very impressive results, annual revenue growth has doubled. Currently, our products are available at more than 20,000 agents, retail stores as well as present in most supermarket systems and convenience stores nationwide.
How is the Thai partner identified in THT Vietnam’s development strategy and what is the “key” to further promote that cooperation , sir?
Our cooperation is developing very well, the goal in the near future when sales grow strongly, we will establish a joint venture to bring the production technology line right in Vietnam. This will solve the problem of reducing costs, increasing business efficiency for both sides and creating jobs for Vietnamese workers, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality where the factory is located.
The key to promoting stronger trade relations between the two countries, in my opinion, is that we need to have a clear strategy at the macro and long-term level, build a stable and supportive policy system for businesses and entrepreneurs, and orient and focus on areas where we have the most competitive advantages compared to other countries in the region to reach out to the open sea.
According to you, to realize the message of the Prime Minister “Vietnamese enterprises, the driving force of the country’s economic development”, what are the major solutions that need to be focused on?
In my opinion, at the macro level, the state’s policies must truly create all conditions for businesses to exist and develop. The state staff must change their mindset from management to service because businesses are the lifeblood of the economy and the measure of a country’s prosperity. State staff must be the rear to support businesses, because they are soldiers on the economic front. If the rear is strong, the front line can rest assured to “fight and win”.
Policy makers must be really receptive in removing difficulties, closely following the actual situation to create all favorable conditions for business development. Only then can our country catch up with the development of many countries in the region.

Join hands for our Central region!
In recent years, the Central region of our country has suffered many impacts from natural disasters and epidemics, making people’s already difficult lives even more difficult.

THT Vietnam Import-Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company has cooperated with Montessori Pre School to launch the program “Joining hands for the Central region”
After only 7 days of campaigning, the company has received many kind hearts from the Board of Directors, trade union, and employees of the company.
At 1 p.m. on October 29, the charity group set off from Hanoi, heading straight to Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province. This is a sparsely populated area with difficult roads and is one of the districts most severely affected by the flood.
The flood has passed for more than a week but the roads leading to the villages are still clearly marked with floodwaters, the damage left to the people seems immeasurable. The delegation visited, encouraged and gave gifts to 5 kindergartens in Huong Son district including: Loc Yen Kindergarten, Huong Trach Kindergarten, Huong Thuy Kindergarten, Phuong My Kindergarten, Huong Do Kindergarten. Each gift includes: 15,000,000 VND and toys, necessary items for the children.
Meeting the delegation, many teachers and parents could not hold back their emotions as they cried and shared the difficulties and hardships that the school and their families have had to endure.
Speaking at the charity gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Le Phu Toan – General Director emphasized his wish to share the difficulties and deprivation of the people here with the spirit of “the rich help the poor”, contributing a small part to join hands with individuals, organizations, and other charitable enterprises in society to help them have more determination to rise up in life, especially the children here are given more strength, will, and determination to overcome poverty and difficulties to continue their dream of studying, becoming talented and building their homeland. Mr. Le Phu Toan expressed his wish to continue to have more charitable activities with the district in particular and Ha Tinh Province in general in the coming time.
After 2 days of hard work, regardless of the bad weather, difficult and dangerous roads, even at night. But with the spirit of charity, the volunteer trip of the members of the group was successful, the small gifts were the wholeheartedness of the company’s employees to the children and people here.

“Exciting – Passionate – Burning out with hearty laughter…!”. Those are probably the emotional imprints that still linger, lingering somewhere in the members of the big family of THT Vietnam after 3 Team building sessions from July 10, 11, 12, 2022 in the beautiful city of Ha Long.
The 2022 team building program, with the theme “Team building – When playing, burn out” aims to create solidarity and cohesion between members and individuals in the group. And one activity that members are looking forward to is the fun Teambuilding activity on the beach.
Members are divided into teams to participate in gameshow games with prizes from the Organizing Committee. The harsh sunlight and sea breeze seem to further fuel the burning spirit of the staff here in the series of Teambuilding games. After the fun warm-up, the teams have to go through thrilling, difficult challenges and not lacking in humor. To win the games, not only physical strength is needed but also intelligence and above all, the “fiery” spirit of determination and unity of the whole team.
